Eager Beaver Tree Service is an environmentally friendly company that serves Westchester County, New York and Fairfield County, Connecticut.  Doug Paulding, founder and president, started the company in 1977. Doug is a certified Arborist with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

We provide total tree and shrub care in an intelligent way.  Homeowners and properties are all unique and we offer all aspects of tree services to provide safety, peace of mind and aesthetics for today and to help your plants develop for decades, or even centuries.

Doug is very knowledgeable and has written a column in the Gardener’s Gazette and the Patent Trader, Northern Westchester’s largest newspaper. Besides providing all the necessary tree and plant services, the company specializes in tick control. The coastal Northeast Region including Westchester and Connecticut are extreme hot spots in the world for Lyme disease.  Eager Beaver can help control the risk of exposure to disease carrying ticks to your family and pets in an environmentally friendly and responsible way.
